Saturday, January 13th
Our first meeting of 2024 and our special guest speaker is David Carlton, DVM, a retired veterinarian, Robson Resident and Author who recently spoke at a Library event. Dr. Carlton is the author of multiple books based on his veterinarian career with titles such as Doc, Hey, Doc, Dallas Doc, Country Doc and Texas Doc. This is sure to be an interesting and informative meeting and we look forward to seeing you then!
Saturday, February 10th
Regular Monthly meeting with Animal Investigation & Response (AIR). AIR is a 501(c)(3) animal protection organization that assists law enforcement, animal control agencies and communities with animal abuse related issues such as puppy mills and animal hoarding as well as disaster relief. Based in Texas, Animal Investigation and Response was formed by two certified animal cruelty investigators who saw a need to help connect agencies with strategies and resources to investigate as well as provide aid for situations that exceed the scope of a community’s reach.

Open House at the Clubhouse for all Robson Ranch clubs. Happy Tails Dog Club will have a table at this event.

Regular Meeting with guest speaker, Mary Ornberg, who will show our members how to make videos from the pictures and videos you've taken of your pets on your phone. This informative meeting will get your creative ideas flowing!
Saturday, May 11th
Regular meeting with guest speaker Shelly Meeks, Director of Development for Humane Tomorrow. Shelly has over 25 years’ experience working within the animal field holding various positions from a kennel attendant to animal services manager. She has responded to multiple disaster areas including Hurricanes Katrina and Harvey. Shelly will bring a whole new perspective on animal rescue, investigation, and disaster response. Humane Tomorrow, located in Argyle, was founded in 1997 by a small but committed group of volunteers. They have grown into one of the most respected humane organizations in north Texas, dedicated to promoting a respectful, responsible, and compassionate relationship between animals and people.

Regular monthly meeting with special guest, Dr Amanda Florsheim. Dr. Florsheim is a native Dallas veterinarian and certified behavior consultant-canine (CBCC-KA). She is the only veterinarian in the Dallas-Ft Worth area whose practice focuses exclusively on behavior medicine. Dr. Florsheim is the founder and owner of Veterinary Behavior Solutions and The Training Studio in Carrollton. Be sure to attend this invaluable meeting to hear from a true dog expert.

Regular monthly meeting with special guest speaker, Dr Joanne Boone with Full Circle Mobile Vet. Dr Boone provides in-home Veterinary care for your beloved companion in the relaxed environment of your home including veterinary medical acupuncture, cold laser therapy and at-home euthanasia.
Saturday, September 14th
Regular monthly meeting with guest speaker, Krista Doyle, owner of North Texas Canine Massage and Aquatics. Krista will talk about the many benefits of massage for your dog. The Benefits of Canine Massage include: Relaxes tired or overworked muscles. eases the strain caused by inactivity & prevents or delays muscular atrophy related to forced inactivity, aids in rehabilitation post injuries and surgeries, increases circulation, maintains & restores flexibility of joints and muscles, strengthens the immune system, enhances detoxification, improves behavioral issues and socialization, enhances body awareness, provides an opportunity for caretaker to examine pet, enhances bonding & relationship with humans and provides comfort.

Regular Monthly meeting with Dr. Blake Rochell,veterinarian from Northlake Pet Hospital. Dr Rochell will talk to us about the various vaccinations and what to be aware of.
Saturday, November 9th
We will be holding our 2024 Winter Holiday Mini Photo Sessions.
Hopefully this date will give folks plenty of time to get those Holiday cards ordered.
